Welcome to AfterSync, a nightlife discovery and social experience platform operated by Mytho LLC ("Mytho," "we," "us," or "our").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AfterSync mobile application, website, and any related products or services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
The Service is intended only for individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
By using AfterSync, you represent and warrant that:

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account and provide registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.
AfterSync provides tools that allow users to discover nightlife-related venues, join and check into venues, view attendance and social activity related to venues, and interact socially with other users based on shared venue participation. Features may change over time and may vary by user, location, device, or subscription status.
Certain features rely on location data to function properly. Location accuracy depends on device settings, connectivity, and third-party systems. You may control location permissions through your device settings.
AfterSync does not independently verify user identities. “Verified” status reflects venue check-in activity only and does not constitute identity verification. We make no representations regarding the accuracy of user-provided information or the identity, intentions, or behavior of other users.
AfterSync may offer optional paid subscriptions or premium features. All purchases are processed through third-party platforms and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies.

AfterSync is a platform for discovery and connection only. We do not supervise or monitor in-person interactions, control user behavior, or guarantee safety, compatibility, or outcomes. You are solely responsible for your interactions and decisions.
The Service may reference third-party venues or services. We do not control, operate, or endorse third-party venues or services and are not responsible for their practices, safety, or conduct.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how information is collected, used, and shared.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no system is completely secure, and unauthorized access or system failures may occur.
We do not guarantee that any content or data will be preserved indefinitely. We are not liable for the loss, deletion, corruption, or inability to access data due to technical failure, service changes, or cyber incidents.
The Service may rely on third-party providers for infrastructure, analytics, messaging, mapping, payments, or distribution. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or security of third-party services.
All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, branding, and content, are owned by or licensed to Mytho LLC.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any feature at any time without liability.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mytho LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mytho LLC from claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or interactions with other users or third parties.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
